Our Team

At the helm of our organization is Harold "Bud" Newton, Jr., our President and Principal Engineer/Surveyor. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Bud brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Bud's extensive career spans 17 years with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, after which he co-founded the Newton Engineering Group.
