Our company was founded by Sharon Gorick and Tim Fialcowitz, two seasoned engineers with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our Services

Our MEP engineering services cover a wide range of projects, from basic tenant fit-outs in commercial buildings to complex smoke evacuation systems within historic federal facilities. We have extensive experience creating MEP design documents for various clients and take pride in understanding client requirements and delivering designs that meet project objectives.

What We Do

Renovation projects can be challenging, but they don't have to be. We offer MEP designs that can be built on time and within budget. Our process begins with a comprehensive field survey to establish existing conditions, followed by a thorough analysis of original design drawings, balancing reports, and utility bills. We examine building automation system diagrams, schedules, and set points, as well as electrical circuits and panels. We gather every piece of information available before beginning our design work.

The result is a detailed understanding of the physical and functional constraints that bound our designs. We use this knowledge to create MEP designs that can be built as shown and will function as intended. This approach ensures that our projects get built on time and within budget.

Our Team

At Ashe Consultants, we have a talented team of engineers and designers who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our leadership team includes Sharon Gorick, a seasoned electrical engineer with over 20 years of experience, and Tim Fialcowitz, a mechanical engineer with expertise in analysis of existing systems and integration of new designs into existing buildings. Our team also includes Jimmy Porter, an electrical designer with experience in field surveys and project management; Robbie Bouman, a mechanical designer with a background in engineering calculations and system selection; and Doug Davey, a mechanical engineer with project management experience.
