Over 15 years ago, Veterans Engineering was founded with a mission to provide exceptional performance to government and private-sector clients. With an initial focus on architecture and engineering, we have since expanded our services to include systems integration and operations, healthcare solutions, and workforce augmentation. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including healthcare solutions, IT transformation, IT operations, and construction management.

Our Story

Veterans Engineering is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, established in 2005. With a background in architecture and engineering, we have implemented numerous projects for various federal agencies. We have grown our services to support federal agencies and prime contractors managing complex enterprise transformations.

Our Leadership

Our leadership team consists of public and private-sector experts from diverse backgrounds, including IT operations and security, software architecture, architecture and engineering, construction management, healthcare management, strategic development, and staffing. Our leaders are closely involved in each project, leveraging their technical and business expertise to provide the best solutions and service delivery for every client.

Our People

We have grown from a small startup to a company with 100+ employees, due to our unwavering commitment to our people. Our highly trained, experienced, and effective team of knowledgeable employees forms a national field force, including traveling teams and local onsite personnel. Healthcare Solutions

Veterans Engineering supports healthcare since its inception. We have designed a wide variety of projects, including data centers, community living centers, electrical systems, and fire protection systems. Our staff includes registered nurses, clinical informaticists, human factors engineers, and healthcare professionals dedicated to making a difference.

Health Informatics

Health informatics is an integral component of Veterans Engineering's work in healthcare. We draw on years of experience in supporting Veterans Affairs' current electronic health records system (Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture, or VistA) and assisting in the VA's Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) rollout.

Healthcare Change Management

Veterans Engineering believes that change management is a key component of any project or implementation. We provide structure, processes, and guardrails to support the people side of change. Our change management approach increases engagement, overcomes resistance, and improves return on investment.
