Established in 1945, Walter L. Phillips, Inc. has been at the forefront of the land development industry in the Washington Metropolitan DC area, including Arlington, Alexandria, Tyson's Corner, and many more. Over the years, we have played a significant role in shaping the region's landscape through our expertise in civil engineering, land surveying, land planning, landscape architecture, and arborist services.

Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services to support our clients' land development projects from concept to completion. Our services include:
- Civil Engineering: Site and subdivision design, stormwater management design, street design, LEED-oriented design, earthwork analysis, and water quality impact assessments.
- Land Surveying: Boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, easement plat preparation, legal descriptions, construction stakeout, and as-built surveys.
- Land Planning: Concept plans, rezoning, feasibility analysis, master plan consulting, and due diligence assistance.
- Landscape Architecture: Landscape plans, landscape and hardscape construction documents, landscape design incorporating sustainable techniques and plantings, site amenity areas, open space design, and programming.
- Arborist Services: Existing vegetation mapping, existing vegetation inventory and evaluation, tree preservation plans, reforestation plans, invasive plant management plans, and construction monitoring and oversight.

Our team includes Jeff Stuchel, President/CEO, Aaron Vinson, VP/Engineering, and Karen White, VP/Urban Planning and Engineering. With their combined expertise and experience, we are confident in our ability to deliver high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Problems with Customer Service
