Our team is led by Sheldon R. Bower, PE, President, Owner, and Principal Engineer. With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and land surveying, Sheldon has gained invaluable experience successfully completing projects in a range of categories. His areas of expertise include conceptual and master planning, feasibility studies, and cost analysis.
