Our Story
Mattern & Craig was founded in February 1978 by J. Wayne Craig and E. K. Mattern, Jr. with the objective of providing comprehensive civil and sanitary engineering services to public, corporate, and governmental agencies. Over the years, the firm has consistently adhered to its original objectives and has gradually enhanced its capabilities by adding experts in transportation, structural engineering, surveying, site planning, and solid waste management.
