Our Leadership

Our leadership team is composed of experienced professionals who have been with the company for many years. Our team leaders have a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects and have built long-standing relationships with our clients.

Benjie Linkous, PE, LEED AP, is our President and a registered Professional Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He has dedicated his career to public facilities design and construction.

Dave Roller, PE, LEED AP, CEM, GBE, is our Vice President and a licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He has over 20 years of experience in the engineering industry and has worked on numerous projects across multiple industries.

Sean Mallahan, PE, LEED AP, is our Vice President and a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Maryland. He has over a decade of experience in the engineering industry and has worked on various projects, including LEED Certified buildings.
