CONSULTING
At Earthsource Engineering, consultation with an owner, developer, or team member takes place on any given day. Our experts guide our clients to meet their needs, providing coordination with government agencies to obtain zoning verification, layout approval, permits, and special exceptions or variances when necessary. Our consultation services include entitlement application and coordination, public involvement and hearings, rezoning or zoning creation, and more.
SITE PLANNING
Before civil design, site planning is typically the first phase of design. Our site plannings typically involve one or more of the following: due diligence research, zoning requirements analysis, site analysis and feasibility studies, conceptual layout options, color illustrations and graphics, and survey coordination for restrictions. We strive to provide site plans that optimize land use while meeting local zoning ordinance requirements.
LEED DESIGN
As LEED Accredited Professionals and Civil Engineers, we collaborate with other disciplines to provide a "Green Team" to provide designs using the latest in sustainable design technology and green building technology available locally. We seek to be the premier provider of sustainable site design solutions for private developers, institutions, and governmental agencies through the application of LEED criteria, innovative design strategies, and clear communication with all project team members.
CIVIL DESIGN
Our civil design services include production of design plans and specifications for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. We provide site development, paving and grading, parking analysis, utility master planning, roadway design, stormwater pond design, utility main extensions, and stormwater maintenance systems.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management services provide oversight of site or utility construction, ensuring that design plans are followed. Our project management services include site visits during construction, testing and inspection for engineer certificates, and project administration to inspect work completed in accordance with plans for payment.
