Our Story
Since 2003, Tobias & West has operated as an integral part of the team, proactively working with each client to ensure project goals are understood, the schedule is maintained, and costs are controlled. We work with clients who want things done right.
Meet Our Team
Stephen West, the founder, was first exposed to a natural disaster at 13 years old and has since dedicated his career to increasing his education of the different design and construction techniques available to minimize damage from storms. Eric Tobias, another founder, had a unique beginning to his structural engineering career, working with Dr. Charles Lindbergh, PHD, PE for 5 years, where he learned under his leadership to understand the development of seismic building codes and was exposed to many challenging projects.
