Crawford & Associates Engineering & Land Surveying, PC has been a cornerstone of the Hudson Valley's engineering and surveying needs for over 20 years. We proudly serve clients throughout the region, extending our expertise from southern areas of the Hudson Valley to the northern reaches of the Capital District. Our journey began by focusing on the fundamental civil engineering requirements of Columbia, Greene, and northern Dutchess communities. Initially, we specialized in site plans, road, sewer, water, and drainage layouts for subdivisions, providing the meticulous attention to detail that our clients quickly came to appreciate.

Driven by our commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions, our clients began seeking our expertise beyond site planning. Recognizing the need for a partner who could seamlessly navigate the complexities of construction, we strategically expanded our team by welcoming structural and mechanical engineers. This strategic growth allowed us to address our clients' evolving needs and offer a wider range of services.

Further enhancing our capabilities, we acquired Alvin B. Huehnel Land Surveying and Plass, Rockefeller & Nucci Land Surveyors, integrating their esteemed land surveying expertise into our firm. This acquisition solidified our position as a one-stop shop for all land development needs. Today, we proudly assist land developers through every stage of their projects, from boundary and topographic surveying to intricate site layout, infrastructure design, wetland delineation, obtaining planning/zoning board approvals, and meticulous construction oversight.
