Praetorius and Conrad, P.C. is a professional civil engineering, environmental engineering, and land surveying firm that has been serving the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain regions of New York State since 1981. Our Services

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our firm is led by Richard J. Praetorius, P.E., and Thomas W. Conrad, L.S., who founded the firm in 1978. Under their leadership, the firm has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of our clients. Today, the firm is owned by a new generation of leaders, including Jeffrey A. Hogan, P.E., Bruce D. Utter, P.E., and Khattar I. Elmassalemah, P.E.
