Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals, including Christine Valachovic, our Principal Land Surveyor with 34 years of experience. She has been instrumental in developing CAD standards and has a relentless focus on quality. Darrin Elsom, our President, has over 30 years of experience in land development projects. John Valachovic, our Director of Operations, oversees the Survey Department and provides leadership and training. Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project.
