Our team is led by our founding partners, Vic Martin and John Riley. With over thirty years of experience in the architectural and engineering industry, they have been instrumental in shaping our firm's mission and values. Under their leadership, we have grown to become a leading architectural and engineering firm in the Midwest, with offices in Indiana and Wisconsin.

Our Story

In the mid-1980s, Vic Martin and John Riley, two successful professionals in the architectural industry, met and developed their great idea. They wanted to create a firm that would deliver creative design solutions supported by superior technical and engineering expertise. This idea led to the establishment of MartinRiley architects-engineers in 1986.

Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to building partnerships with our clients, delivering on our mission to respect their vision, budget, and schedule. We have worked on numerous projects, from residential to commercial, educational to healthcare, and have received numerous awards for our work.

Today, we continue to grow and expand our services, offering the full spectrum of architectural and engineering services to our clients. We are licensed in thirty-three states and two Canadian provinces and are certified by NCARB (for Architecture) or MLE Status in the NCEES Records Program (for Engineering).
