Our Story
Founded in 1957 by Theodore (Ted) J. Harris, Harris & Associates, Inc. has grown to become a leading provider of engineering, surveying, and architectural services. Our design team consists of experienced Civil and Structural Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Architects who have a sound scientific and analytical base to solve the problems of today and focus on the future.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including structural engineering, civil engineering, land surveying, and architectural services. Our structural engineering services include design and construction of various building types, equipment support and platforms, sign bases, recreational bridges, and more. Our civil engineering services include site design, land planning, and permitting for commercial, multi-family residential, and retail projects. Our land surveying services include surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title, certified survey maps, topographic surveys, and more. Our architectural services include design, floor plan layout, specifications, building code review, and construction progress inspection.
Our Team
Our team of professionals has extensive experience in their respective fields. Our president, Robert (Bob) D. Tollefson, has over 35 years of experience in structural and civil engineering. Robert (Rob) J. Harris, our Professional Land Surveyor, has over 40 years of experience in land surveying in the State of Wisconsin. Calvin L. Tollefson, our Professional Engineer, has 35 years of experience in civil engineering. Keith Walenski, our Professional Land Surveyor, has 31 years of experience as a land surveyor.
