Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our president, John R. Davel, P.E., has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and specializes in site development for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Tim Wittmann, P.E., CPESC, is a project engineer who is responsible for preparing engineering studies, developing site designs, and preparing construction plans and permits. Mitchell Bauer, P.E., is also a project engineer who specializes in stormwater management plans, erosion and sediment control, and other design aspects related to land development.
