Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Studies

As a firm qualified in FDOT Workgroup 2.0, we have the expertise to conduct comprehensive PD&E Studies, including alternative corridor evaluations and PD&E studies. Our services in this area include public involvement, planning, engineering, and environmental science, all designed to ensure that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Planning

We are qualified in FDOT Workgroups 13.2, 13.3, 13.4, 13.5, and 13.6, which are the planning qualifications. Our projects have included feasibility studies, investment studies, parking studies, and multi-modal studies, all designed to help our clients make informed decisions about their projects.

Transportation Engineering

As a firm qualified in FDOT Workgroups 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3, we have the expertise to provide comprehensive transportation engineering services, including roadway design, bicycle trails, widened sidewalks, milling, resurfacing, and restoration of roadways.

Landscape Architecture

We are qualified in FDOT Workgroup 15.0, and our team of planners, engineers, and landscape architects work seamlessly together to add livability to main streets through towns and cities within Florida. Our designs incorporate native plant landscapes that thrive in the Florida environment without the excessive use of irrigation and pesticides, allowing the local ecological system to be enhanced through native plant landscapes.

Meet Our Team

Our team of experts is led by Dwayne Darbonne, PE, and Karina A. Veaudry, RLA. Dwayne has spent his career developing innovative and cost-efficient designs that often require a smaller carbon footprint. Karina has served as President of the Florida Native Plant Society and has developed a reputation as a statewide authority on native plant landscape design. Together, our principals have created a firm that blends transportation infrastructure enhanced by landscape architecture.
