Lochsa Engineering was founded in 1995 in Las Vegas, Nevada, by two University of Idaho graduates. We are an innovative and value-driven engineering, surveying, and BIM design firm. Our name is derived from the Lochsa River in Northern Idaho, which means "rough waters" in the Native American Nez Perce language. This name reflects our spirit of navigating towards technically challenging projects while delivering creative and effective results.

Lochsa Engineering is currently licensed to operate in all 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico. We have engineers and principles that hold Professional Engineer and/or Structural Engineering Licenses across the nation. We have offices located in Boise, Idaho, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
