Who We Are

Randy Hendrix, the founder of Hendrix Wai Engineering, Inc., has a rich history in water resource engineering, dating back to 1996. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from Colorado State University, Randy has worked with prominent firms such as Helton & Williamsen, P.C. and Slattery & Hendrix Engineering, LLC before establishing his own firm in 2016. Randy became a registered Professional Engineer in January 2021. With a strong agricultural background, Randy's expertise is rooted in the understanding of agricultural practices, which has proven invaluable in his work as a water resource engineer.

Aryton Hendrix, a fellow engineer at Hendrix Wai Engineering, Inc., joined the team in 2018 after graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Aryton has a strong technical background, having honed his skills in programming, which he has successfully applied to his work as a water resource engineer in the development of water resource accounting. Aryton earned his professional engineer license in March 2024.
