Our History
R&R was founded by Civil Engineer Robert Emmons and Professional Land Surveyor Ray Finch in 1988. Since then, we've grown and evolved, embracing client objectives as our own and delivering quality service in the Rocky Mountain region. In the 1990s, Doug Dunkin joined the company as a Design Engineer and became Principal just two years later. We celebrated our first decade of growth in 1998.
