The Northern Alliance of Engineering Contractors (NAEC) is a collective bargaining and labor relations organization that represents the interests of engineering, utility, and structures contractors in Northern California. Founded in 2012, NAEC is the primary successor organization to the Association of Engineering Construction Employers, established in 1985.

As a single-purpose contractor organization, NAEC is dedicated to preserving the traditional market place of the union construction industry. Our sole focus on collective bargaining and labor relations enables us to provide unparalleled expertise and services to our contractor members.
