Stewart Tool provides precision machining services using CNC and manual machines, including up to 10-foot cube CNC machining and 8-foot diameter turning. Our in-house fixture design and production tooling expertise ensure parts meet strict industry specifications on time and within budget.
Welding
ASME-certified technicians perform welding with SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and SAW processes. Our robotic welder enables high-volume production efficiency, supported by heavy-duty turning rolls and overhead rail cranes for large-scale fabrication projects.
Engineering
We offer engineering support for pressure vessel design, including solid modeling, weld maps, and compliance with international standards. Our team collaborates on project timelines, specifications, and marine class society requirements for global registration.
Pressure Vessels
