Services
Engineered Framing
Our framing plans make it easy to frame houses with quality and efficiency. We minimize beam quantity and size, and provide detailed roof plans. Our wall bracing plans include locations and types of shearwalls required for applicable wind speeds.
Foundations
We design conventional, post-tensioned, pier and beam, and pier-supported slab foundations. Our plans show the location of all post-tensioning cables and provide estimates for post-tensioning cable and concrete areas.
Windstorm Engineering
We are approved by the Texas Department of Insurance to provide engineering and inspections for houses built in TDI designated catastrophe areas. We design homes to withstand wind speeds up to 130 MPH.
Miscellaneous Steel Design
We provide light structural steel design for custom stairs, handrails, ladders, and platforms. Our services also include miscellaneous pipe supports, steel beams, and columns.
Forensics
We evaluate framing and foundation issues that arise during or after construction. Our team consults with owners and builders to provide solutions to structural concerns, including sheetrock cracks and brick veneer cracks.
