About Us

Imperial Engineering & Consulting, LLC is a leading independent engineering consulting and project management services company located in the heart of the energy corridor in Houston, Texas. Founded in 2013, we provide cost-effective, best-in-class engineering solutions and project management services to the oil and gas industry, infrastructure projects, and residential and commercial building structural engineering.

Our History

Our company was founded by Mr. Rajan Rekhi, a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Texas, with over 25 years of experience in engineering design and project management. With a strong background in the energy sector, Mr. Rekhi has worked on numerous high-profile projects for major EPC/EPCI companies and oil and gas operating companies, including Bechtel, Technip, Wood Group, WorleyParsons, and more. His expertise spans project management, engineering design, and business development.

• Engineering Design & Engineering Management: We provide engineering design and analysis, as well as project management services to the oil and gas industry.
• Structural Engineering & WindStorm Engineering Inspections: We are registered with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and are licensed appointed engineers for windstorm engineering/inspections in all Texas counties for both commercial and residential properties.
• Engineering Management: We provide engineering design and analysis for installation and construction support, as well as 3rd party reviews and owner's representative services.
• Customized Training Services: We offer specialized training services to our clients.
