Perlinter & Ingalsbe is a Southern California-based consulting engineering firm that has been in operation since 1946. We are proud to say that our firm was established by two enterprising engineers, Mr. Simon Perliter and Mr. Arthur Soring, who had a vision to provide top-quality and cost-effective engineering services. Over the years, we have had the privilege of serving numerous communities, public agencies, and private enterprises in Southern California and beyond.
