Our team is led by Jennifer T. Bihl, a licensed professional engineer (PE), professional transportation engineer (PTOE), and certified level II management associate (IMSALevel II) with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). Jennifer is joined by a talented team of professionals, each with their own unique skills and expertise. Our team is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the State of South Carolina through the South Carolina Unified Certification Program (SCUCP).
