Founded in 1948 as a land surveying firm, we have continuously operated in the Lubbock region, expanding our services to incorporate civil engineering in 1978. Our services include commercial and industrial municipal engineering, site development engineering, roadway and streets engineering, utilities engineering, and drainage and flood analysis engineering.

Our Land Surveying services have been a cornerstone of our business for over 75 years. We have extensive knowledge of land surveying in the area and provide services for state land surveys, 3D laser scanning (LiDAR), sUAS drone services, aerial surveying and mapping, commercial and industrial surveys, residential lot land surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA-NSPS land title surveys, TSPS land surveys, construction staking, and as-built surveys.

Our Land Planning services include site planning and development, zoning, permitting, and right-of-way compliance, feasibility studies, utilities engineering, and drainage and flood analysis engineering.
