Land Surveying

Poor Experience with Surveying Crew
The reviewer had a negative experience with a surveying crew from Rehder. The crew was surveying a neighboring lot, but the reviewer asked them not to dig in their yard due to sprinkler heads and lines. However, the surveyor ignored this request and dug a foot deep, causing damage to the reviewer's property.
Lack of Respect for Property Boundaries
The reviewer indicated where the lot line was based on a city survey done 2-3 years ago, but the surveyor ignored this and dug another hole in the middle of the reviewer's yard. This was despite the reviewer's warnings and the presence of a metal clamp on the sprinkler line.
Unresponsive Company
When the reviewer called the Rehder office to report the incident, they were unresponsive and uninterested in ensuring the crew stayed away from the reviewer's property. This experience led the reviewer to declare that they would never consider hiring the company.
