With over 40 years of experience in designing, engineering, and fabricating custom machines, we have built or rebuilt hundreds of systems, gaining expertise and understanding in every facet of roll forming.

Our company, formerly known as Pro Machinery from Cleveland, Ohio, initially supplied rollformer tooling in the Southern region. However, due to our exceptional skill in tool designing and making, our customers soon requested our involvement in roll forming applications. In 1995, we began designing and building other components of a roll forming system, such as notchers, punches, and flying cut-offs. We also started refurbishing and retooling roll formers and related equipment, along with retrofitting machines with new electrical controls.

Today, Form Process Engineering takes part in every facet of roll forming system manufacturing, from initial consultation to designing, building, and the setup of complex roll forming operations. Our systems are used in the production of components for commercial and residential metal building products and in OEM manufacturing. Our roll forming equipment is utilized across the United States for production roll forming.
