Watts Engineering Sales, Inc. is proud to be celebrating our 60th year as a manufacturer's representative in the HVAC business. Established in 1959 by two brothers, Ed and Phil Watts, the company grew quickly over the next two decades, and Ed Watts became the sole owner in the late 1970's. In 1985, Ed established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan to facilitate his succession. As a result, over the following 30 years, Watts Engineering has evolved into a company completely owned by its employees. As an ESOP company, each of our employee-owners take great pride in providing our customers with an exceptional level of customer service while representing top-tier manufacturers that provide innovative solutions for your HVAC requirements.
