Troy Luettel, a senior engineering technician, has over 15 years of experience in the civil engineering field, specializing in computer-aided design and drafting, customer relations, commercial site plan development, and residential subdivision planning and design. Eric Willadsen, our president, has over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering field, with expertise in commercial building site development, residential subdivision planning and design, and construction administration.
