Disappointing Experiences with Mike
Several reviewers have had negative interactions with Mike, a professional engineer. Lack of Communication was a major issue, with multiple clients struggling to get in touch with him. Angela Hodkiewicz and Mike Kalush both mentioned difficulty contacting Mike, with Mike Kalush expressing frustration that he was never followed up with after the initial visit.
Delays and Unrealistic Expectations were also a problem. Angela's project was delayed by six weeks, while Mike Kalush was never given a realistic completion date. Mike Kalush also felt that Mike was only interested in getting paid the initial consultation fee of $250, without actually following through on his promised services.
In contrast, Alex D. Had a Positive Experience with Mike. He was impressed with Mike's work and the fact that he was available to make changes and redesign the floor plan after the foundation was poured incorrectly. Alex's project was completed on time, and he is looking forward to working with Mike again in the future.
