Who We Are

At Lotus, we are a woman-owned, data-driven, and client-centered boutique engineering and sustainability consulting firm. We are passionate about our work and it shows in our deliverables and interactions with our clients and partners. We develop client-centered, equity-focused, and innovative climate solutions through a collaborative approach that includes learning, growing, and being curious, co-creating, centering the needs of the communities most impacted, listening and building trust, committing and showing up, prioritizing design that contributes to harm reduction of historically and traditionally marginalized communities, and leveraging defensible and actionable data.

Our team is comprised of experienced and passionate individuals from varying backgrounds, allowing us to bring different perspectives to our work. We are proud of our diverse team, which includes experts in engineering, sustainability, and climate change. We strive toward action-oriented results and relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication.

What We Do

At Lotus, we make sustainability easier and more transparent by listening to and understanding our clients' needs and providing data, tools, and analysis to help them make informed decisions that move the needle. We combine realism with a desire to do good things for the planet. We do this because we are endlessly passionate about the sustainability field. We want to make the world a better place, and we want to help secure a future for our children and our children's children that is vibrant, healthy, and safe.

Since 2012, Lotus has delivered sustainability solutions for clients throughout Colorado, the Rocky Mountain region, and the Midwest. We have helped small businesses, local and state governments, public agencies, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. We support clients with their greenhouse gas accounting, modeling, and visualization, climate mitigation, and adaptation plans, program design and support, market research and policy assessment, and communications and engagement.
