Our team, led by Jim Bushey, P.E., has been providing outstanding service to the Napa Valley and beyond for over 70 combined years. With a strong foundation in civil engineering, surveying, and planning, we're committed to delivering timely, cost-effective solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

• Planning: We help clients plan and develop vineyard properties, including site planning, vineyard mapping, and permitting.
• Water Resources & Development: From reservoir design to water management systems, we help clients optimize their water resources and develop sustainable solutions.

Meet Our Team

Our team of experienced professionals includes:

• Jim Bushey, P.E.: Our founder and Principal Engineer, Jim has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on vineyard design and development. He has designed over 200 drainage systems and 150 erosion control systems on more than 250 different vineyard properties.
• Matt Bueno, P.E.: As Principal Engineer, Matt manages all aspects of PPI Engineering and is responsible for project execution, technical direction, and client relations.
• Megan Bushey: As Office Manager, Megan oversees administrative and office management functions, ensuring seamless operation of our office.
