RP Engineering, a trusted name in the industry, has been providing engineering solutions for over three decades. Established in 1988, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering services on a personal scale. Our founder, Richard (Dick) Pastore, brings a unique blend of technical expertise and practical experience to the table. With a background in environmental engineering at the United States Environmental Protection Agency and years of experience as a residential and commercial builder, Dick offers a holistic perspective to engineering problems. He holds a B.S.C.E. and M.S.C.E. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has completed post-graduate studies in structural, environmental, geotechnical, and biological sciences at the University of Rhode Island.

Dick is not only a dedicated professional but also an active community member. He has served on the North Kingstown Planning Commission for eighteen years, with ten years as chairman. He is currently serving on the Programs and Policy Committee of Save The Bay and participating as a member of the Rhode Island Salt Water Anglers' Association.
