Roemac Industrial Engineering and Metal Fabricating, WNY, has been a prominent name in the metal fabricating industry since 1947. Much of our production is dedicated to supplying other fabricators with complex sub-assemblies or formed parts.

We work with sheet metal through heavy plate in a variety of alloys and metals, including Stainless, Monel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Carbon Steels. All parts are designed, formed, and weld prepped in accordance with the ASME Code for our coded customers to assemble and weld. Our capabilities include custom designed guards, coils, mandrels, vessels, and tanks.

Expert Metal Fabricating

We take pride in quality craftsmanship at competitive prices with delivery times tailored to our customers' needs. Our expert metal fabricating services include custom designed parts, assemblies, and fabrications. We work closely with our customers to understand their specific needs and deliver products that meet their expectations.

CNC Plasma Cutting

Roemac has state-of-the-art computerized cutting capabilities up to 2" thick. We can supply standard shapes or custom layouts. Our cutting capabilities also include shearing, friction, and abrasive sawing, as well as iron worker punching, notching, and shearing.

Metal Forming

Roemac has the expertise and ability to satisfy your forming requests. Our 50, 100, or 200 ton capacity press brakes can be matched to your forming needs. Acute angle forming, 90-degree or bump forming is what we do. We also have box and apron brake forming capabilities. Our rolling capabilities begin with a 1 1/2" top diameter roll, then a 3", 5", and finally our 9" X 8' plate roll. We also do pipe, bar, angle, channel, I-beam rolling, and forming.

Welding

Roemac's welding capabilities include MIG, TIG, Stick, and Spot welding. Our welding and weld preparation are in accordance with the ASME Code, but we do not provide code stamping, as we are not an authorized code shop.

Metal Sawing and Shearing

We offer our customers sheared structural and sheet metal parts as well as high-speed friction sawed shapes and parts.

Punching and Drilling

Roemac can fill your punching and drilling needs in a variety of sizes, shapes, thicknesses, and alloys.

Design and Layout
