Our Story

ADC Engineering was founded in January 1990 with just two employees, offering structural engineering services. Over the years, we've expanded our capabilities to meet the growing needs of our clients, adding civil engineering, aviation engineering, and landscape architecture to our service offerings. Today, we employ over 50 team members across three office locations in South Carolina.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Meet our leadership team:

• Mark Dillon, PE, SE: President and co-founder of ADC Engineering, Inc. Mark is a structural engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, specializing in wind and earthquake analysis, blast structures, and seismic design.
• Chris Cook, PE: Vice President of Civil Engineering, Chris is a founding partner of site services at ADC. He is a graduate of The Citadel in civil engineering and has worked on numerous projects throughout the country.
• Greg Jones, PE: Vice President of Civil and Aviation Engineering, Greg specializes in aviation design and has worked on all aspects of airfields and aviation facilities.
• Larry Barthelemy, PE: Partner in Civil Engineering, Larry opened the Greenville office in January 2015 and has extensive experience in managing projects and resources.
• Jeff Webb, PE: Partner in Civil Engineering, Jeff has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and has worked on numerous projects throughout the country.
