• Green Business Certification: We hold a platinum-level certificate with the Winter Park Green Business recognition program, recognizing our efforts in reducing our environmental impact.
• Sustainability Council: We have established an initiative to provide a collaborative space for TBG staff to strategize, plan, and implement sustainability initiatives as part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and societal impact.
• Composting: We partner with O Town Compost to reduce our office kitchen waste, including food waste and paper and wood products.
• Recycling: We partner with Terracycle Zero Waste Boxes to recycle a variety of items.
• Electric Vehicles: We began adding electric vehicles to our company fleet in 2023 to negate impacts of carbon dioxide emissions.
