Our Services

Aero Design LLC offers a comprehensive range of services that cater to the needs of our clients in the aerospace industry. Our services include advanced CAD/CAM design, basic FEM analysis, sheet metal CNC cutting and bending, design packages, work instructions, composites manufacturing, CMM inspection, and welding (TIG, MIG, Stick, and Oxyfuel). We also specialize in machined metallic parts, rapid prototypes such as 3D printing and laser cutting, and other manufacturing services.

Our mechanical design team has over a decade of aerospace mechanical/structural design experience. We use modern toolsets combined with traditional engineering best practices to achieve effective and efficient solutions. Our work instructions are clear, precise, and provide straightforward documentation for manufacturing and assembly.

In our machine shop, we utilize modern manufacturing techniques with Haas CNC 3-axis, 5-axis, and simultaneous 5-axis milling. We have experience machining common aerospace materials including 2xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx series aluminum, steel, stainless steels, titanium, and Inconel. Our valued relationships with our material suppliers and secondary process vendors allow quick turnaround and high-quality heat treating, plating, florescent dye penetrant inspections, chemical conversion coating, anodizing, priming, painting, and many other finishing needs.
