Our Leadership

Our leadership team consists of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to the industry. Larry L. Mar, our partner and principal, has over 35 years of experience in land development, with a strong background in planning, mapping, and surveying. Bryan Lopez, our senior project and production manager, has over 30 years of experience in land development, with extensive knowledge of land development, site layout, and grading design. Amanda Tatevossian, our associate project and production manager, has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, surveying, and planning, with a strong background in preliminary grading plans for residential tract developments. Veronica Stack, our partner and controller, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and human resources, with a master's degree in accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
