Our story began in 1997 when our founder, President Cesar Daou PE, LEED AP, had a vision to create a firm that would bridge the gaps between the owner, the design team, and the constructors. This unique approach has allowed us to consistently deliver accurate information earlier in the planning and construction process, leading to significant reductions in field engineering, change orders, and rework. Our extensive experience in research and development planning and design has given us a strong foundation in laboratory, vivarium, pilot plant, clean room, and cGMP areas.
