At Industrial Motions We are committed to your success

At Industrial Motions Engineering, we are committed to your success. Our company's owner, Joe Fustolo, Jr., holds a degree in electro-mechanical engineering and has over 30 years of machining experience. This extensive knowledge allows us to bring together two sides of the prototyping process, engineering and manufacturing, in a way that results in designs that are more feasible, cost-effective, and quicker to implement than those made the conventional way.

We pride ourselves in providing precision machined parts, engineering services, and outstanding customer service. We understand the challenges you face in bringing a product to market. From design engineering to prototyping to assembly & testing to large production runs, we are here to assist you in every step of the way.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy at Industrial Motions Engineering is simple: we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service and quality products. We understand that each project is unique and requires specialized attention to detail. The result is quality and precision every time.

Our Process

We are here with you from start to finish at Industrial Motions Engineering, Inc. From design engineering to prototyping to assembly & testing to large production runs, we are here to assist you in every step of the way. Our process includes:

  • Concept: We can either take your pre-existing concept or use our engineering know-how to bring your idea to life, helping you make important decisions about the purpose, function, and use of the part or parts to be designed.
  • CAD: Your concept comes alive through advanced 3D modeling software including Solidworks and CAMWorks. We'll do all the heavy lifting to make sure your parts will come out just the way you envision.
  • Prototype: Next, we head to the machine shop to prototype your part, using our advanced machinery and expertise to produce versions of your part that will help us ready it for final production.
  • Low-Volume to High-Volume Production: Because of our expansive facility, IME has the capacity to handle all types of production volume and can deliver on projects of just about any size. We will work with you to establish a timeline for production.
  • Assembly: All assembly work takes place on-site and in IME's professional, capable hands. This means that the final product will be quality-assured and each component will be inspected for precision engineering.
  • Completion: When we deliver your part(s), we are always here to help you refine the part or with additional parts or services. No matter the kind of project, get in touch today to find out how IME can help you.
