Our team is led by Sandy M. Foster, P.E., and Philip R. Foster, P.G., both of whom have over 25 years of experience in the environmental engineering and consulting industry. Sandy has extensive experience in process design engineering, environmental consulting, project management, and construction, while Philip has a broad scope of experience in environmental and geological services.
