Perry C. "Trey" Jinright, III, P.E. is the Principal Engineer and Managing Member of JADE Consulting, LLC. With 18 years of civil engineering experience, Trey has a proven track record of delivering high-quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Trey is a licensed Professional Engineer with multiple state registrations and has extensive experience in general civil engineering, municipal engineering, storm water management, water and sewer utility planning and design, transportation consulting, highway design, subdivision and site development engineering, construction inspection, and surveillance, and master planning services.

Paul W. Marcinko, P.E. is a Professional Engineer and Project Manager at JADE Consulting, LLC. With 9 years of civil engineering experience, Paul has developed a strong skill set in designing grading plans, pipe networks, and detailed construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Paul is well-organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
