Restoration Science and Engineering (RSE) has been providing integrated engineering, environmental, and biological services to Alaskan communities for over 15 years. Our local staff brings lifelong knowledge of the characteristics of our environment and culture to address Alaska design challenges. Our Services

At RSE, we offer a wide range of services that cater to our clients' diverse needs. Our services can be categorized into three main areas: Civil and Environmental Engineering, Biological Sciences, and Water Resources.

Civil and Environmental Engineering

Our civil and environmental engineering services include:

• Civil engineering: Water supply and treatment system design and permitting; wastewater treatment and disposal/reuse; site surveying and planning; project management & cost analysis; and remediation and spill response.
• Environmental engineering: Environmental site assessment risk assessment; remedial design, construction, and operation; waste management under RCRA; site closure; and project planning and permitting.

Biological Sciences

Our biological sciences services include:

• Wetland delineation and functional assessment; vegetation and wildlife surveys; and habitat restoration.
• Biological assessments and monitoring; and species-specific surveys and management plans.

Water Resources

Our water resources services include:

• Water quality hydrologic and hydraulic analyses; geomorphic investigations; surface water and groundwater studies; and snow and avalanche science.
• Water resources project and construction management; cost estimating and program development; and contracting and procurement.
