MULE Engineering & Construction, Inc. is a full-service, experienced federal general contractor, established in 2007 by Michael J. Ulekowski, a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, licensed Professional Engineer in four states, and a Certified Construction Manager (CCM). MULE is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation for the VA (CVE) and a Minority-owned Business Enterprise in Orlando, FL (MBE). The mission of MULE is to provide construction services to its customers that exceed their level of expectations, inspire its employees to provide a level of service of which they are justifiably proud, have subcontractors wanting to work with them again, and return a fair profit and increase the company's capabilities for its investors.

What We Do

MULE is a full-service Engineering & Construction company with a staff that has over a century of experience working in the federal arena, focusing on renovations. Our services include General Contracting, Design-Build, Construction Management, and Consulting to the public and the private sectors. MULE is headquartered in the Southeast and primarily services in that geographical area. MULE has managed multi-million dollar projects including renovations, additions, upgrades, ground-up, and repairs. The MULE team has an excellent track record for meeting and exceeding the client's expectations, is quick with problem-solving, excels at time management and staying on budget.
