Our History

In 1987, Kamala and Pratap Singh, leaders in the Wisconsin engineering industry, decided to pursue a dream, a dream in which they could add more value for clients by developing a new approach to engineering consulting. Due to their commitment, over 35 years later, KSingh has developed an established reputation in several service areas, including Environmental / Geotechnical, Transportation, and Civil Engineering, including Land Surveying and Construction Management.

Our Team

Our team brings over 250 years of combined experience to each project, which allows us to deliver a wide variety of projects, ranging from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to design of 70+ acre sites to construction management of freeway and bridge reconstruction projects. Our team is led by Pratap Singh, who brings over 40 years of experience to the team and adds immense value to the delivery of our projects.

Environmental & Geotechnical Engineering

We have been providing environmental and geotechnical engineering services since our inception in 1987. Our team has delivered projects ranging in complexity from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to landfill design to complex industrial site remediation. Our services include ASTM Phase I - III ESAs, Environmental Impact Assessments, Remedial Alternative Evaluation, Remedial Design / Action, Site RCRA and CERCLA Corrective Action, Storage Tank Management, WPDES Permitting, Risk-Based Closure, Regulatory Compliance, Landfill Engineering, Subsurface Investigations, Construction Observation Services, Shaft and Tunnel Design, Slope Stability Analysis, Foundation Design, Brownfields, Asbestos & Lead-Based Paint Abatement.

Civil Engineering

Our civil engineering team has designed projects with construction fees ranging from $10,000 to $355 million. We have a 35-year track record of successfully delivered, award-winning projects. Our team works on projects ranging from small site rehabs to power plant and utility distribution improvement programs. We have the ability to tailor our efforts to the needs of the client and the specific project.
