• Water Structural Assessment: Our structural assessment team provides diving and inspection services for water infrastructure projects, including bridges, culverts, and water storage facilities.
• Strategic Planning and Communications: We help our clients develop effective communication strategies and public involvement plans for their water infrastructure projects.

Our Featured Projects

Some of our notable projects include:

• Tualatin Valley Water District/City of Hillsboro/City of Beaverton Willamette Water Supply Program: Consor led the public involvement for the Willamette Water Supply System project, which serves five communities.
• Whatcom County Public Utility District No. 1, WA Water Treatment Plant No. 2 Intake Improvements: We provided complete water system engineering services on a task-order basis.
• City of Idaho Falls, ID Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades: Consor helped complete the largest construction project at the Idaho Falls WWTP in over 40 years.
• Texas Sunset Reservoir and Pump Station Rehabilitation: We provided design services for the rehabilitation of the Sunset Reservoir Water Supply System for the El Paso Water.
