Construction Disruptions and Poor Handling of Neighbors
The reviews criticize the Ford City water plant project for its poor handling of construction site noise and disruption to nearby residents. Kelly Grabiec, a neighbor, was awoken by jackhammering at 7 am, causing disruptions to their small children. They express frustration that the company began demolition without considering the impact on neighbors who had previously been cooperative during construction.
Road Safety Concerns and Disruptive Behavior
Further issues arise with the company's road behavior. Brandon K. recounts an incident where a company driver cut them off, then got out of the car to confront him, eventually leading to a heated argument on the road. The incident raises concerns about the company's employee behavior and professionalism.
Communication and Project Completion Issues
Jaison Bonney shares a negative experience with the company's communication and project completion. He describes the process as "horrible" and claims that a simple project took an inordinate amount of time to complete. He would not recommend the company and is perplexed as to how they are still in business.
