Our Team

Our team is led by Kelsey M. Powell, a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Civil Engineering. Kelsey has 15 years of experience in the structural engineering and design industry and has a special interest in the challenges of coming up with structural solutions to the many issues that crop up in the unique historic district of Downtown Charleston.
