Our Services

Stellite Services

Our Stellite services involve the application of high-quality, metallurgically bonded weld depositions using various alloys, including Cobalt Base (STELLITE 1, 6, 12, 21, 156) and Nickel Base (DELORO 40, 50, 60; COLMONOY 5, 6; INCONEL 625). We employ advanced deposition methods such as Plasma transfer Arc, TIG, MIG, SMAW, and Oxy-Acetylene to achieve low dilution, defect-free, high-density deposits of up to two tons in size. Our expertise extends to large ODs, small IDs down to 1-1/2 inches, and compound shapes.

Machining Services

Moody Corporation provides high-quality subcontract machining services in the medium capacity range, where tolerances and craftsmanship are of paramount importance. Our capabilities include machining various types of materials, including all grades of carbon, alloy, and stainless steels, as well as customer spec and super alloys such as HAYNES 25, 31, and 188; INCONEL 600, 625, 718; INCOLOY 800, 802, 825, 901; MONEL 400, 500; NITRONIC 40, 50, 60; and STELLITE 6, 12, 21, 156; etc. Our machining capabilities extend up to part sizes of 50 in (1270 mm) diameter by 120 in (3050 mm) length and 3 ton (2750 kg) weight. We primarily cater to prototype machining and short runs of 1 to 50 parts.

Life Extension Services

At Moody Corporation, we recognize the importance of maintaining the integrity and performance of our clients' products. Our Life Extension Services team is dedicated to providing expert consultation and upgrade assistance, selective application of Stellite, precision finishing, and machining of upgraded products to extend their service life.

Short Run & Legacy Parts

We understand the importance of reliability and quality in our clients' products. Our Short Run & Legacy Parts services focus on manufacturing complex components, assemblies, and prototypes using a range of materials and alloys. We specialize in designing, fabricating, CNC machining, and testing parts to meet customer specifications.
